Planning

  • Do you already have a plan for your new kitchen cabinets, but aren't quite sure if you checked all the boxes? We can provide peace of mind by confirming the details for you.

    This service includes an on-site visit of up to two hours length, where we will measure your space and check that your cabinetry layout fits within your room dimensions and works with your selected appliances. If any cabinets need to be adjusted, we will provide you with a detailed materials list of what needs to still be collected and what can be returned.

    If you choose to use us for your cabinetry installation, this service fee is credited towards your final installation invoice (subjects apply).

  • You want an IKEA kitchen, but you aren't sure where to start... let us help you plan the kitchen of your dreams! We have over twenty years experience planning IKEA kitchens, using our expertise to ensure each client is provided with the best possible layout for their unique space.

    This service includes an on-site visit of up to four hours length, where we will measure your space and discuss your style and storage preferences. You will be provided with a final cabinetry layout in IKEA's online 3D software, along with a customized info packet to help facilitate a smoother ordering process at IKEATM.

    If you choose to use us for your cabinetry installation, this service fee is credited towards your final installation invoice (subjects apply).

  • Elevate your PAX experience to a whole new level! This service includes an on-site visit of up to two hours length, where we will measure your space and discuss what cabinetry layout and storage preferences will best suit your unique needs.

    We will provide you with a final cabinetry layout in IKEA's 3D software, along with a materials list of product to purchase in store. If you would like to upgrade your standard PAX with a custom colour / finish, we also provide custom door and hardware options - the style selections are endless!

Renovations

  • This is definitely the 'One-stop-shop' service for anyone who is looking for hands-on support throughout their renovation!

    Our Project Management team always begins with a site visit so they can better understand the scope of work for your unique space.

    We will provide you with a detailed estimate and timeline for the project, and once you have signed off, we will begin scheduling and coordinating all of our trusted and experienced trades.

    We work hand in hand with the entire Modus team, and can offer additional services such as IKEA™ cabinetry planning and Interior Design.
