    Our Project Management team always begins with a site visit so they can better understand the scope of work for your unique space.

    We will provide you with an detailed estimate and timeline for the project, and once you have signed off, we will begin scheduling and coordinating all of our trusted and experienced trades.

    We work hand in hand with the entire Modus team, and can offer additional services such as IKEA™ cabinetry planning and Interior Design.

    We are happy to offer an hourly consultation service for smaller projects where you just need a few hours of help.

Project Management

  • Client provided with itemized estimate for entire project (includes all trades work and PM fees)

    Once proposal has been accepted, the team will begin scheduling trades while maintaining regular on site oversight / communication of entire project - problem solving as needed!

  • Includes preliminary meeting on-site to ascertain client's needs / scope of work / budget (max 1 hr)

    Trades to potentially coordinate site visit, as needed, to better assess the work.

    Once proposal has been accepted, the team will begin scheduling trades while maintaining regular on-site oversight / communication of entire project - problem solving as needed.

We’ve been planning kitchens for more than 20 years. We believe it’s best to plan your kitchen in your home and not off site.

We consider factors like daylight, furniture positioning and space layout to help plan out your kitchen.
