This was a charity kitchen installation that we completed for the Washington Kids Foundation - it was an amazing experience to help partner to support youth who do not have a heathy home life.

Washington kids foundation is an amazing non-profit that helps kids in so many ways. It is geared toward kids who don’t have a healthy home life. They have provided learning opportunities and created a safe space for them to go after school to relax and hang out. Their space includes a kitchen to teach them how to cook, a huge gym, lounge with couches and a pool table, a music/DJ studio, and they are adding a salon to teach hairdressing.

They have also partnered with the school district to offer activities for kids who have trouble concentrating in class. It provides an outlet for them to release energy – they have found this to be very helpful when the kids go back to class.

It’s an amazing organization that is offering solutions to kids who would otherwise slip through the cracks and end up on the wrong path.
