cabinet install lead time > The bulk of our installations taper off within about three weeks... Remember to ask to be put on the Wait List if you were hoping to go ahead sooner, or feel free to call in advance if you are planning your project ahead and will not need installation for some time after that. Thanks!

when booking a measurement, please note > We book measurement appointments between 9 and 4, Monday through Friday. We divide the Lower Mainland into sections which are covered by three people from our office. Specific time slots are available for each area and we can provide an exact time (give or take a few minutes for traffic and parking) so most customers don't find it difficult to book a time to meet - or arrange for someone else to meet - one of our representatives at the site. We look forward to hearing from you.

when booking an installation, please note > We book installation appointments based on the size of the job and the scope of the work. As such we require your "layout" prior to booking the install. This is the 2D top view of your kitchen with the cabinet codes written on it. The 2D view allows us to see where you might need panels and fillers and the cabinet codes allow us to determine what gets installed inside a cabinet. You can send your layout over yourself or ask IKEA to do it when you are in store. If you are sending the layout in yourself using a drawing from IKEA's 3D planner at www.ikea.com you can find the codes for the cabinets within the program.
