We are an independent company locally owned and operated out of Vancouver, British Columbia. Since 1998, a significant focus of our business has been providing certified installations of IKEA kitchens and kitchen products. However, we also do renovations, install click and lock laminate flooring, can coordinate kitchen planning and interior design services, and offer kitchen and flooring inspection services. Modus serves clients throughout the Lower Mainland who are customers of both Richmond and Coquitlam IKEA and we can provide contact information for installers who work outside of British Columbia's Lower Mainland.
